Registration Information

Registration Deadlines

Registration is accepted in the order that it arrives. Generally, registration must be arranged no later than 3 days prior to the program date. However, we will continue to accept registration as long as there is program space available.

Fees

Full fees are due one week prior to the beginning of the course.

Cancellation and Refunds

If you cancel your registration or leave a course for any reason (except medical reasons - doctor's note required) our refund policy is as follows:

1. If you cancel your registration between 3 and 7 days prior to the start date of the course, we will retain 50% of the course fee.
2. If you cancel your registration less than 3 days prior to the start date of the course or once the course has begun, there will be no refunds.

We reserve the right to cancel any programs if registration is insufficient. Full fees will be returned promptly.

Mail enclosed registration form with payment by cheque or credit card.Cheques made payable to:

Inter-Office Mail

Submit registration form and payment (cheque or credit card number) to the front desk staff at AR Kaufman or Waterloo YMCA's. Registration will be forwarded to the Outdoor Services office.
