In our neighbourhood: Each individual has a unique set of gifts and interests. We focus on building long-lasting relationships with each person, providing programs and services that build good health in spirit, mind and body.

In our team of staff and volunteers: As the YMCA grows, we continually strive to improve orientation, training and development of all staff and volunteers. By attracting and retaining a competent team, we are able to provide high-quality services and programs.

In our community: As a charity we enjoy a positive reputation among community leaders, local businesses, government agencies and committed donors. We believe in recognizing the contributions of all who support the Kitchener-Waterloo YMCA.
