Adventure Days (Ages: 3-5)

Your child's days at camp will be filled with group activities inside and outside, circle time, story time, crafts, quiet time and swimming. We will keep your preschooler active providing structured time and play time. We will engage your preschooler in a variety of activities that will allow them to explore their environment and build friendships.

Discovery Days (Ages: 5-12)

Your child's days at camp will include swimming, crafts, circle games, large group activities, out door activities, sports, nature, and water games (outside). Daily programming will focus on being active, building friendships, and team work. Together campers and staff will build a hands-on framework of caring, acceptance, respect, health and responsibility into daily programs.

Camp Themes & Descriptions

Splash into Summer – This week we’ll get our feet wet!  New games, new routine, we’re getting ready for a great summer.  This week we will have your camper participate in a variety of small and large group games.  There will be swimming for all sites and a trip day for ARK and RIM.  Crafts and songs; your campers day will be packed with activities and more.

Olympics – This is a returning camp theme – it’s Olympic time.  On your mark, get set, GO!  This week your camper will have the opportunity for group competition all in the name of FUN!  Counselors will challenge their group in a variety of games and activities.

Wild West – Giddy up!  Grab your hat and get ready we’ll be spending time this week at the ok “Y”corral.  Your camper will participate in songs and crafts, gym and outdoor games.

Sensational Science – Your camper will enjoy this popular returning theme which will include different science experiments, trying new things and looking to discover new experiences.  Campers will have the opportunity to learn some really cool stuff!

Music Mania – This week campers will dance, sing and make their own music.  Games and activities will centre on music.  Campers will practice songs and have their very own talent show.

Holiday – Each day will be a different holiday, be ready for a Halloween day, birthday, New Years Party, ANYTHING!  These are a few days you might see.

Aye, Aye Captain – The pirates have taken over the YMCA.  We must work together to get them out!  We’ll make pirate costumes to disguise ourselves; they will never find us out.  We’ll have treasure hunts, games and crafts.

Explorers – This week we’ll take a hike and explore the great our doors.  Let’s look at snails and the flowers the birds and the trees.  We’ll do large and small group activities we’ll go swimming and have a ton of fun!

Campers Choice – This week is exactly what it sounds like!  Campers will have the choice to play their favorite games from the summer, sing their favorite songs and do their favorite crafts all over again.
