Module 2 - Session 2.4
SALES AND SERVICES

The focus of this session is to introduce the clusters of occupations related to Sales and Services; Business and Finance; and Administration sectors. Participants become familiar with the following: terminology of occupations, the job description of a typical occupation and labour market information; the certification and licensing process if required; information about courses, programs, costs, educational and training institutions; as well as transferable skills that can be applied to other related professions.
