Module 2 - Session 2.3
TECHNOLOGICAL OCCUPATIONS
Engineering, Technicians & Technologists, Manufacturing, and Information Technology
This session focuses on technical occupations such as: engineering, technicians and technologists; manufacturing (primary industries, processing and utilities); and information technology. Participants become familiar with the following: the job description of a typical occupation including labour market information; the certification and licensing process; information about courses, programs, and costs; educational and training institutions; and transferable skills that can be applied to other related professions.
