 Open Access Group Fitness: (13+ yrs)

  • ABSolutely Perfect: A 30-minute express power workout that strengthens your abs and lower back.
  • Aquatic Gentle Fit: A low intensity aquatic fitness class emphasizing range of motion. Shallow water only.
  • AquaFit: A moderate intensity cardiovascular aquatic fitness class with both deep and shallow water options.
  • Athletic Aqua: A high intensity aquatic fitness class emphasizing power, speed and rebound moves. Circuit and interval training included.
  • Athletic Step: Basic choreography with options for impact and intensity.
  • Baby & Me Boot Camp: Exercise with other moms while your baby is with you! This class is designed for new moms or moms-to-be and offers a wide variety of activities to help you achieve your cardiovascular fitness and muscle conditioning goals.
  • Basic Step: Become comfortable and confident with step aerobics. Perfect for beginners.
  • Body Sculpting: A muscular conditioning class using free weights and resistance tubes.
  • Cardio Kickbox:: A cardiovascular workout combining boxing and kickboxing technique.
  • Cross Training: Circuit conditioning using aspects of hi/low, step, boxing and muscular conditioning.
  • Duo Step: Use two step platforms in a choreographed sequence. Advanced class.
  • Family Boot Camp: A studio class featuring muscle condtioning and athletic drills followed by family hour in the Family Fitness Zone.
  • Group Cycling: Indoor group cycling on specially designed stationary bicycles.
  • Hi/Low Aerobics: A cardiovascular workout with both high and low impact alternatives.
  • Hi/Low/Box: A cardiovascular workout combining hi/low aerobics and boxing techniques.
  • On The Ball: A muscular conditioning class that strengthens your core muscles (abs and back) using resist-a-balls.
  • Power Barbell: A muscle conditioning class using a barbell.
  • Low Impact: Bounce-free with options for intensity and choreography.
  • Studio Step: Step up and down on a platform in a choreographed sequence. Advanced class.
  • Speed, Strength & Step: This workout incorporates all the right components you need for an all round workout - agility, balance and fun.
  • Yoga: Learn the basic postures of Hatha Yoga. Connect your spirit, mind and body. All levels are welcome!
  • Zumba: A fusion of Latin and International music - dance themes that create a dynamic, exciting, effective workout. The routine features aerobic/fitness interval training with a combination of fast and slow rhythms that tone and sculpt the body.
