BASIC
JOB FUNCTION:
To provide administrative assistance to the Partners
For Youth Annual Giving Campaign Administrator.
SPECIFIC
RESPONSIBILITIES:
To complete office tasks like photocopying,
filing, mailing receipts and letters as assigned.
- Data entry (training provided).
- Special event preparation.
- To work at all times within the KW YMCA Mission,
philosophy and goals.
- To work as a team with other volunteers and
staff.
- Face-to-face Canvassing experience(optional)
COMPETENCIES
REQUIRED:
Communication: communicates in
a thorough, clear and timely manner and supports
information sharing and campaign goal achievement
across the association.
Initiative: does the right thing at the right
time without being asked.
Self Management: works independently within
prescribed parameters, can discern the relevance
of issues and communicate them effectively to
their supervisor.
Note:
In addition to the above competencies the Association
Core Competencies are required, Commitment to
Organization Vision and Values, Integrity, Service
Orientation, Teamwork.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Criminal Reference Check
- Excellent organizational and typing skills
- Detail oriented
- Office experience preferred
