Named Funds - International Sponsorships
The YMCA is an international organization with YMCA’s
in over 100 countries. Over 30 million people from all social backgrounds, creeds,
races
and nationalities
participate in a YMCA program or service.
As a part of the global network, the
K-W YMCA is committed to Education
of KW
YMCA members about awareness of global and community development. The International
Work Camp brings together people of all ages to share experiences and ideas
and to work together for the betterment of their lives
and that of the disadvantaged
in the community.
Like camp sponsorships, an International Sponsorship would
fulfill several
of
the KW YMCA ’s core values by enabling youth who cannot afford to pay the
full fee to participate in the International Understanding Program.
Donors may designate their Planned Gifts to the Foundation
for use in International Sponsorship purposes by the KW
YMCA.
