Staffing

Many of the senior staff members at all of our camps are year round employees of the Outdoor Centre. In addition to refining their leadership and program skills, these individuals also concentrate on developing, improving and preparing the many summer programs that our camps offer.

Our counsellors are university, college and high school students who have a personal interest in ensuring that your child’s experience is one to be cherished and remembered for many years. Many of our counsellors and support staff have been with us for a number of years. After graduating from Leadership Training and Counsellor-In-Training programs, they are selected to fill counsellor roles based on past performance. These individuals make a wonderful camping experience possible by providing a safe and enjoyable environment in which your child will learn, play and have fun.
